Schladming doesn't know the meaning of "boredom"

On the mountainsides of the Planai and Hochwurzen, you can ride down World Cup pistes, take on the Planai finish hill, and slice like a champion into the WM Park. That said, even winter sports fans with a more laid-back approach will feel right at home here, too.

At participating "Planai Genussspechte" huts, you can stop in whenever you need a refreshment break and enjoy all kinds of delectable treats.

Our amiable ski instructors will show you how to look good on the slopes. And in the trendy sports shops, you are certain to find everything your heart desires.

In the Planai Bike Park, you can give your bike all you've got. 11 different trails are just waiting for you - the weak-of-heart need not apply!

When it's time to chill, Schladming Adventure Pool is the place to be. Or, how about a pleasant ride on a gondola lift up to the top of the Planai or Hochwurzen, both of which entice you with mountain views that are absolutely gorgeous.

And you simply have to give a mountain go-kart a try from the Hochwurzen, or take part in an E-go-kart rally at WM-Park Planai.

In Schladming, you will also find many romantic places from the olden days. Stroll through the lanes, enjoy relaxed hours shopping in the pedestrian zone on the main square, and unwind whenever the mood takes you in one of the pleasant cafés.

At many great events, you have an opportunity to meet really nice people and to feel the inspiration of the events themselves.

Every Friday there's a farmers' market, where you can pick up some marvelous country products to share with friends and family back home ;)
